My MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) group created & filled bags to be donated to moms of children undergoing treatment & care in the Pediatric ICU at Legacy Emanuel Children's Hospital. Each bag was filled with items moms might need/want (but not get for themselves) while their children are hospitalized. I dropped off the donation on behalf of the group & had to capture the 39 bags & my extremely humbled/tearful hospital contact that was overwhelmed with our generosity. It was such a rewarding experience!
A huge thanks goes out to Marie for watching the twins, in addition to her children, so I could make this delivery!
